'Warwickshire Gemini'
« on: May 07, 2015, 01:30:38 PM »
HELP WANTED, PLEASE!
Hi All, I'm writing an article on, amongst other things, twin-head snowdrops for the Daff Yearbook. Does anyone grow 'Warwickshire Gemini' and :
a. have this as an established plant (mine aren't yet) and is able to make observations on its behaviour such as its consistency and whether flowers from the second pedicel are often 2x2 (2 inner and outer segments) as in the illustration in the article below.
b. or know Norine Jardine who wrote it up for the Plant Heritage magazine vol. 11 No. 1 (spring 2004).
With many thanks.

I was away when this question was asked so did not respond in a timely manner but Avon Bulbs offer Warwickshire Gemini for sale and have a picture of it on their web page http://www.avonbulbs.co.uk/s/galanthus-warwickshire-gemini/4218/Product.aspx .
Almost in Scotland.
