Dear all,
I am wondering whether it would be possible to have the seed exchange list in spreadsheet or table format , it is much easier than having to work through the pdf file, and copy names and codes one by one (I keep sort of a database) .... also, it makes it very easy to print out labels.
Regards
Corrado

That is something that is being considered - but since it is possible to extract the file from the pdf  via copy and paste into an text file and then import it to an excel file  ..... it is already possible for those wishing  to do so to achieve that.

Reading these posts, member Yvain Dubois  set to work and has provided the following  XLSX file of the SRGC Seedlist 69.

Yvain suggests that the conversion may not be perfect, so be aware there may be minor errors, but it  is most thoughtful of him to help out in this way.    8)
The  file can be downloaded from this link :   http://files.srgc.net/general/SeedlistSRGC69byYD.xlsx

Thank you, Yvain!

Just back from Canada to find a mountain of post, including my SRGC and AGS seeds. Will open tomorrow after a good night's sleep.

By the way, is it possible to cross the pond eastbound without losing a night's sleep?

Just long and boring. Can't understand people who say they like air travel. Just slept for 12 hours solid.

Mailman just dropped a padded envelope with seeds in my mail box.

Thank you everyone involved with this project, volunteers as well as those who generously donated seeds.

It was posted on the 18th and took exactly 2 weeks to get here.  Not bad!

My wife and I arrived at our Sacramento bungalow yesterday. There was our seed package from the seed exchange safe and sound.  :)

Thank you everyone for all your efforts. Everyone's participation is greatly appreciated and goes beyond the package of seeds. The package certainly gave me cheer when I was feeling pounded down and depressed. Thank you everyone.  :)

Received my seeds in Colorado on Feb. 15 - postmark shows it was posted from Castle Douglas Jan. 18.  I called the USDA inspection station in Seattle several times to inquire over the past two weeks, they were never able to find record of my package, but pointed out they had "bags" of seeds to process, many of which were SRGC origin.  They said live plants get first priority at the station, and seeds get done when they have time...

One month to receive the seeds!  Too late now to do outdoors cold stratification especially with our unseasonably warm spell stretching as far as the forecasts care to go.  Sigh, I will have to wait until next winter to plant the species requiring stratification, I have demonstrated a propensity to kill everything with refrigerator stratification techniques!
