That is a beautiful venue for the show. Although it was teaming with rain when we were there in 2013, I enjoyed the occasion immensely and as well as the plants remember the music coming from the church, someone practising on the organ, a glorious sound.
I wonder is it likely there will be something alpine on in September this year in Prague? (Or Budapest or Vienna? or Bratislava?)

The KSP Main Show is from 4.5.2016 - 20.5.2016, Autumn Show from 5.9.2016 - 16.9.2016.
There is also a Meeting in the Mountains in the Moravian Region, usually in October with
a marathon of lectures and a good offer of alpine plants.

KSP Show opens tomorrow - Lawrence Peet and his ladylove Helen are there in Prague ( after a long and tiresome journey unfortunately) ready to enjoy the spectacle - and buy plants!
Edit to note ... in the end, Lawrence bought 54 saxifragas!

An East Lancs contingent will be there in May, Maggi … we just hope Lawrence leaves one or two plants for our consideration. LOL.

Luckily, the Czech gardeners are such good - and busy- propagators that you need not fear, Cliff!

I am greatly indebted to Rudi Weiss for sending these photographs from the Prague Show. They were taken by Petr Antonin who has graciously given his permission for them to be shown here.
It was a wonderful Easter Gift to the Forum from Rudi, Elke and Petr! Thank you!
Petr has a soft spot for the Saxifragas, as you will see!
