Wonderful to see these Narcissi in the wild, Rafa.

Another view of my pot of Anne Wright's dwarf trumpets.  The tall one appears to have a hint of orange in the trumpet but this is not obvious to the naked eye.  I really like the dwarf one but its leaves are a pale green and it does not look too robust so I hope it is not going to be a weakling.  The third to flower looks stronger and is also going to be quite small.  Two are not going to flower this year.

Ralph, hold out your free hand (or finger) just by the flower and half press the shutter button to lock focus. Then withdrew your hand from the view field and press the button completely.

This sounds like a very simple solution to "auto focus". I will be giving this a try too. Out in the field I find myself frustrated by auto focus all of the time. I can rarely get a focused image of a flower on a Sanicula species.  :)

Here is the diminutive Narcissus rupicola subsp. marvieri. Flower is 15mm across.

Third Narcissus in the pot of dwarf trumpets.  The perianth looks paler than the trumpet. 
The first to flower is now facing upwards.
