Leaf tips dying

Today, I noticed that the upper parts of the leaves of Muscari, Tulipa, Iris and Galanthus were dying off, looking as if they were scorched by sunlight.
I keep them for some years now under artificial light in my greenhouse at 5-10C and I have never seen this before.

What could it be?

Lots of things can cause leaf tip die-back.   I can think of root loss, which can be due to many things.  Salt build-up in the medium, which can also lead to root loss.  Bacterial attack when soil pH, fertility, ionic strength (how much salt builds up) lead to the wrong microbes flourishing, for instance.

Jim, salt build-up may be the cause... This year I started fertilising earlier (december) then previous years. I thought it would be beneficial and no harm could be done as it is a low (2:2:4 plus trace elements) concentration and given fortnightly.

I guess a good rinsing will be the best I can do?
