Meanwhile in another corner of the bulb frame Corydalis popovii rises Poseidon like from the sandy depths!  :D

Corydalis maracandica, not exactly the king of yellow corydalis!
The hybrid with popovii should be flowering shortly!

In the spirit of learning and for the interest of anyone looking at my postings of corydalis, I think I am correcting errors
( Hope I am not simply making new ones! )
My first posting somewhere on this site of erdelii was infact a hybrid between popovii and maracandica, my next posting of oppositifolia was I think erdelii, the postings of schanganinii ssp schanganinii, popovii and maracandica are ok ( fingers very crossed! )
So the hybrid I have been waiting for as per my last post was infact the first corydalis to flower and the first I posted!
Confused? My heads spinning!
The picture attached might show my thinking, I hope!

Not as nice as the fantastic Leonticoides types above, but saw C. solida "George Baker" coming out today and had to photograph it as it is still one of my real favourites

Alex,
Super 'George Baker', the colour of this clone is hard to beat, and the way it increases makes it a rewarding bulb!
One my favourites too!

A brilliant potful Tony. Are these from several bulbs? I've not heard of this species.

Started with one bulb, now have several.  Might have a spare in the summer ;)  Worried that you have never heard of it - I thought you knew everything :D

Oh Otto, I suppose I noticed the plant but perhaps not the name. After all, there were so MANY wonderful things to see.
