We recently got a replacement for our Leptinella pyrethrifolia var. linearifolia which succumbed a few years ago to the prolonged drought. The new one is getting established in a new raised bed.cheersfermi
Unlike any Leptinella pyrethrifolia I've seen in the wild Fermi although I don't think I've come across var. linearifolia. ...
fermi's pic reminds me of something- I just can't think what! Leptinella pyrethrifolia var. linearifolia http://www.nzpcn.org.nz/flora_details.aspx?ID=569
I thought that might arouse some interest This is the name that it has been known by around here for as long as I've known it.When I went to check the name on-line I found one site (in Germany) with the same plant but I found the same site that Maggi found and I presume it has more authority. What it actually is....? Who knows! I'll try to get a better pic of the foliage for you,Dave, cheersfermi
Fermi if you think the German site and your plant are the same then maybe your plant is a Cotula. ......C.hispida ?.Cheers Dave.
I must point out the correct name to my suppliers! cheersfermi
