Hi
I've got a number of pots of Frit seedlings from the last few years that I've been checking and finding bulbs - none of any significant size (ie around 1cm max).  These were all 75mm pots and a well draining alpine type compost.

What do I do now to get these (around 20 varieties) on to mature plants ?

Keeping seedlings and young plants growing on for as long as season as possible  and giving some food to help them along is always a good idea. Some species do take a long time, nonetheless - I suggest you read Ian Young's Bulb Log  to learn how he does it - fourteen years of  reports online for all to read.  ;)
All available here : http://www.srgc.org.uk/logs/index.php?log=bulb
....and if you don't want to read through them all, you can use the index to narrow down the search.......
