... I arrived quite late in the afternoon and think I caught a glimpse of the lesser-spotted forumist Brian just leaving.
Sorry Gail, Specsavers is quite good
This mornings patrol has a distinct yellow hue and not just from the sunshine:First up, Galanthus Ghost, the new pale yellow from Woodchippings. Pale looking plant, which suggests it might be weak but I was assured by Emma that this is a robust and strong variety. Delighted with the colour of both the foliage and flower and the additional shoots reinforces the view that it is a good grower. Woodchippings always supply great plants!Donaugold, a new yellow for me. Originally sourced from Rudi Bauer and given to me by a friend. It is very lovely and has a highly distinctive shape amongst the yellows.Sarah Dumont one of my favourite yellows, beautiful shape.
Do they have a website? They only currently sells at shows. Always great plants though.
I have inherited a DSLR camera from my late Father-in-law, and clearly have a lot to learn about using it if the quality of these pictures is anything to go by. I will have to try taking the same subjects using my old camera for comparison.Galanthus 'Trumps'Galanthus elwesii 'Fly Fishing', allegedly: using a short line today.[Galanthus elwesii 'Comet'
