Now you're talking, Ingrid!  Purest white with rich dark marking on the Whiter than White  and the  very pretty Lemongrass.
Very smart 'drops indeed.  I know you've told me about Lemongrass but I think these are the first photos I've seen? Certainly the first that I remember making an impact.

edit to add- on checking I see your pix from last year - this is better!

Hard for the person posting them, I think, because it's to do with the way they were taken in the first place - but I can mostly  turn them around.

What was supposed to be a quick walk round this afternoon turned into a bit of a marathon.  120 pictures later I went in.  A few from earlier.

1.  G Green Tear - but much further out than previous post.
2.  G South Hayes - one of my favourites
3.  G Lace Wing
4.  G Fée Clochette

Finally also here the first snowdrops are starting to flower. Galanthus reginae has a late season and still plants emerge nearly at the same time as subsp. vernalis.

I've been outed!  Ian Christie has released a picture of me in snowdrop form - the short and very sturdy Galanthus plicatus 'Maggi Young'

Must confess that although I'd like to think the name came from the inner mark which I am sure in my plants consists of an M over a Y, for Maggi Young, I suspect that it was chosen for the short stocky and generally substantial look of the whole thing! Ah well, I could be squinny and a dirty yellow, so I'm pleased with me!
Thanks, Ian.

I'll try to get the BD to take pictures of my bulbs tomorrow if the sun opens them.
