RHS Garden Harlow Carr- 7 August 2017
« on: August 14, 2017, 08:01:39 PM »
We have division of labour in this house! When we are going somewhere and need to pack I get out the clothes and equipment I want to take and Maureen does the packing. I have failed miserably and been abused on occasions when I have given a hand to pack and now I find something else to do that needs my urgent attention. This normally works very well, but the odd mistake keeps cropping up. For example I got out my camera charger and I put it on the bed with the rest of my stuff but SOMEONE failed in the division of labour stakes. We went, so did the camera, but the lead didn't.

So, a few pictures here from our visit to Harlow Carr before the battery ran out.

We also visited the Yorkshire Sculpture Park at West Bretton. Lovely place in the extensive grounds of what I knew as Bretton College when it was a teacher training college. If you are ever in the area you should go. No pictures thanks to a forgotten item.... did I mention this before?

Wished I would have known you were visiting David, you could have popped in to see us. There is usually free tea, cakes and invariably plants and even the possibility of a camera charger😜
