No w for a tour of the benches starting with two views of  bench one class A for 6 small pots with five very good entries. Class 1 has been  shown already so onto class 2 for three  pans.

Now for Scottish native plants then Australasian plants followed by grey leaved then variegated plants

perfect cushions then saxifrages many of them S. Snowcap then plants from open ground finally the first of the many primula classes.

Second bench with more primulas then Androsaces, Cyclamen Dodecatheon

then ranuncs in variety, a single but very nice iris then trilliums

Lots of bulbs then arisaema and aster family

Lewisias  then the three pan hardy succulent class at the end of that bench

Bench 3 starting with the rest of the succulents , gesneriads then  strong classes for  plants for America, Europe and Africa

Ericaceae, round conifer corner and through a variety of shrubs then ferns.

hardy orchids, a very strong  class for plants not otherwise on the schedule then seed raised plants.
