Dryad Nursery Summer List imminent!
« on: July 17, 2018, 08:21:22 PM »
All being well, our summer list will go live tomorrow evening. We are very excited to be able to offer several of Brian Duncan's new prizewinning narcissus varieties for the first time including the fabulous 'Fantine' a multi award-winning cyclamineus hybrid. At the London RHS show it was Best Miniature, Best Any Other Division and Reserve Best in Show. This beautiful hybrid has many other awards, and is a great favourite with Brian (and the judges).
For the lovers of snowdrops, some choice varieties, such as Ronald Mackenzie and Francesca de Grammont, with more to follow on ebay in the coming weeks. All rounded off with rare anemones, crocuses and other bulbs.

What is the difference with a Julia Jane close, versus a Julia Jane rule?  Thank you , Cecile Shepard

No difference, Cecile - one picture on Dryad gallery  shows a close up  of a single flower while the other shows a pan of the plant with a ruler to indicate size.

APOLOGIES - DRYAD LIST DELAYED
MANY apologies, but I will have to postpone the list as I have a severe migraine and will not be able to handle the replies and website if I release the list tonight. Plan B – I will put it out on FRIDAY evening, hopefully all will be back to normal by then.
So sorry to disappoint.

So sorry, this is a bit late. Yesterday was a tremendous rush and I didn't have a chance to tell you the list was live. Those of you not on our email list will have missed out on many items which are already sold out. The website is currently up to date with availability.

Not as imminent as I would like!
After two weeks battling with my new Wix website, it has now become obvious that it is not possible for me to display my summer list in the way I need it to work. Curious the things that website hosts think are not necessary, like displaying how many of each item are available….
Anyway, the result is that I am having to go back to my old website, involving changing the host and lots of waiting for things to happen, after which I will then have to get my list onto it. It is likely to be another 10 days at least before it will be ready. I apologise for the delay.

I think I finally wrestled the website into submission!
Dryad Summer List – Heads Up!
All being well, our summer list will go live around 6.30 pm on Sunday 14 July.
Many items are in very limited numbers, so you will have to be very quick!
I recommend you email in your order as soon as possible. Some of the very rare items will also go onto ebay to give a chance to obtain them if you are not quick enough on the email.
If you have difficulty with email, you may telephone your order, in which case I will note the time of your request and slot it into the appropriate place among the email requests.
PLEASE check the website for availability before ordering – I will try and update it as often as I can, but certainly at least daily after the first 24 hours.
