blue flower- dwarf, long floral tube - ID?

A NZ member  has been asking about this on FB -  two-toned blue flowers with a long floral tube, neat little  cluster of  foliage......  anyone got a name for it?

Could be Lapeirousia montana perhaps?

Paul, I don't grow it so I wasn't sure. I thought you might know though!  And I think fermi grows it.

Hi Maggi,
I'd agree that it's a Lapeirousia. The forms of Lapeirousia montana I grow aren't as deep a blue but it is a variable species, I think.
