Lithuanian rare bulb garden

About 2 weeks ago I sent an order to Lithuanian bulbs. I know that he is currently working off the 2017 catalogue. I’ve emailed the address on his website, and one the Maggi Young gave me. He has not responded. Has anyone ordered, and received a response?

I had the same problem last year, i tried e mail several times, but no response. I also posted my order in a registered delivery letter which was delivered and signed for, but i still got no reply...

He finally responded and told me he is not shipping outside of the EU.
