Planting Saxifraga
« on: November 06, 2018, 10:41:24 AM »
Can I please ask about planting times for Saxifraga arendsii Blutenteppich?

The reason I ask is I have had a number of plants on order from a supplier since early October and I've now been told they will not be despatched until the end of November as their stocks have not yet arrived from their suppliers. Just a bit concerned that I may have left the planting a bit late.

You can practically plant all container grown plants when the soil is not frozen, but it is safer
to plant them as soon as possible, because severe frosts can lift the plants.
