Catching up with the thread... It is very interesting to see your Freckles's seedlings, Carsten! And it seems like you added nice nobilis to your breeding program!
Nice Hepatica, Herman, they are pretty and look great!
We had a record-breaking cold February but now the temperatures are warming up. My Hepatica in the ground are blooming and I have lots of nice flowers from the seedlings.

Here are some seedlings I'm excited about.
All japanese hepatica except for the last one, which is H. acutiloba.

Great Hepatica's Peppa! Your Hepatica acutiloba is very impressive, is it found in the wild?

Thanks Herman! The acutiloba is one of my selections that I have been growing from seed. Unfortunately, I lost the parent plants but their seedlings came out very nice.
This is another sibling.

Peppa, it is a pity that you lost your original plant. But the seedlings are also very promising.

So many beautiful plants around!
More flowers appear at my plant of Hepatica nobilis 'Finnish Flag' and all are different.
I managed to get 4 on one picture.

Two Hepatica japonica cultivars in a quite sunny and windy spot outside. Not the best position to place them but they do fairly well.
'Shirayuki' and 'Toki' ...
... and a small bunch inside.

It seems that the excellent Hepatica nobilis 'Andersen's Dream' is quite tricky in culture and/or not availlable at all. So I'am very happy having grown some F2 seedlings of a cross witch is from Gunhild Poulsen's seeds.
