Looks like a Helichrysum or an Eriogonum Neither of which I'd expect to see in China, if that is where the film was taken.
If around the Mediterranean, then perhaps it is a form of Helichrysum italicum.

, a bit like

There are some Teucrium which are endemic to Turkey. If the firt plant is Teucrium polinum then that is not a Turkish endemic.
This second plant is not Narrow-Leaved Vervain, Verbena simplex.
It is in the Lamiaceae family - seems to have a stem that is square in section.

Stachys sieboldii
is a cultivated plant, it seems unlikely that you find it in a forest.
Stachys
can be the right genus but there are many species in Turkey, 33 are illustrated here :
