Twenty years ago seed was available as m. napaulensis that produced a wide range of plants with dense rosettes in various shades of silver and gold. Everything that I germinate these days ends up with more open rosettes that closely resemble Meconopsis staintonii.
Has the huge diversity been bred out ? Does anyone still grow these more interesting hybrids ? If anyone has seed it would be hugely appreciated.
