My N. romieuxii is in more or less full flower at the moment. This seems to appreciate a very hard summer dormancy.

Finally it's a bit late compared to 2019, the first daffodils are blooming.

Narcissus romieuxii ssp. albidus (Emb. & Maire) A. Fern
Serious study among bulbocodium group is needed, Michaek Salmon consider it as cantabricus ssp eualbidus...

Narcissus asturensis

Cutest little daffodil ever.  Grown from 2016 seed from one of the big three seed exchanges.  I saw it blooming in Portugal on a Greentours trip.

Ok same narcissus but I couldn't resist showing the picture I posted of it with my hand knitted gnome. This was staged for a knitting website.

The daffs are just the right size too!
An early bloomer here - Narcissus Shiraume, a gift from a generous friend  :-*
It is a very distinctive flower shape, which I hope to pass to some seedlings, but what surprised me when I took the pot to a meeting last week, and had it in the car, is the very powerful scent, which is reminiscent of Narcissus jonquilla.

With such a  very neat  shape  to the  flowers  it  is  really  good  to learn that Narcissus Shiraume also has  a delightful scent - what a  great  plant!
