My first oriental poppy of the year

664381-0

Pasque flower in full bloom
664389-1

My Azalea Bought for £1

664387-2

Some new muscari
664383-3

A green one
664385-4

I like the green one more. Who would have thought that I would have bought Muscari! They are not getting out of my pot though. I am worried that they are the same thug as their usual counterpart.

It's very sunny and dry here. Very cold this morning, with a frost sheen on the bubble wrap for one of my raised beds. As usual, some burrowing critters have dug up one of my Primula Auriculas and one very near my Salvia Madelaine.

It seems to allium time and tulip time. All my Cristophii are springing up.

Green Muscari

Could be Icecream tulip

Parrot tulip

Thank you, Maggi! An active link is so much more useful. Anybody knew where I can buy the aquatic pots cheaply please? Love to have some for my snowdrops!

My Viburnum P Mariesii is very happy!

664730-1

So is my Japanese Maple - a low level sweeping one
664732-2

This is a standard which I bought for £2. I was very disappointed as I thought I was going out of the diy plant section empty-handed until my eyes happened onto a tall standard with a wobbling stem! So pleased with it.

664734-3

Nothing to beat Californian poppies on a hot and sunny day!

Not a drop of rain! Very sad.  ??? It will certainly burn a hole in my pocket which is already full of holes.

664962-0

A butterfly and shame that I couldn't digitally memorise the powdery blue little one!

664964-1

A pristine white anemone!

A blue one
664966-2

Osteospermum - always a good subject matter in pics

664968-3

Camellia Williamsii E G Waterhouse

I had given up on my Trillium Grandiflorum until 2 days ago. It seemed to be I had directed my stare at the wrong spot - 2 inches away!

665062-0

Very happy. Now I have another bud behind this one! Hurrah!

A parrot tulip - looks like hard labour

665064-1

My trusted friend returning this year, albeit a bit late!

665066-2

A big blousy pink Fenne which I paid £2 or £3 for! Lovely! Much bigger than Montana

665068-3

A blood red and gold tulip!

Harvesting in my allotment - Fennel planted from last year.

665248-0

Harvesting at home! Salad

665250-1

I have tried Romneya Coulteri seeds for the last 5 years. Finally, some form of hope! Can't celebrate it. Wish I had bought a plant instead. Jitters and worries!

665252-2

The most perfect tulip I have ever had! Total symmetry!

665254-3

Finally a striped pink camellia Princess Lavinia is still sulking!
