Anemone trifolia is the last of wood anemones to start flowering.
White A.nemorosa is already over, but some blue ones are still flowering and also double ones.

Anemone pavonina has started to flower in our garden where it is self seeding gently and the colours are mixing

Anemone coronaria is also in the same bed as the Anemone pavonina.
The original ones were purples and whites and last year we got the first flowers on a bright pink one from Oron's "Seeds of Peace"

The third anemone in the bed is Anemone heldreichii which came from Marcus Harvey's Hillview Rare Plants Nursery (presumably from seed he'd collected)

Another Anemone pavonina which I think is the parent of a hybrid in the garden

Anemone hybrid (A. heldreichii x A. pavonina) the foliage is more like A. heldreichii.
I note that Plants of the World On-line (Kew) no longer recognises A. heldreichii as a name let alone a valid name! It says that Anemone heldreichiana (sic) and Anemone pavonina are both synonyms of Anemone hortensis. I don't see it myself but maybe they are relying on DNA studies

I guess you don't have generic mixed seeds of reliable A. pavonina? I raised one plant from seeds a few years ago and it's lovely but the standard purpley-blue - I'd love some mixed pots to remind me of Lesvos olive groves!
