Lycoris incarnata was the first to flower this year about 2 weeks ago

Lycoris sprengeri earlier this week.

We originally got this as Lycoris x elsiae but it's apparently got a different name now.
This bulb was moved to this rock garden bed a couple of years ago and is the only one to bloom so far,

Yes, Gail, even one is great because Lycoris aren't a sure thing here.
Lycoris radiata is another one that probably isn't reliable here but this cluster in the rock garden (I've been told that it's totally the wrong place!) seems to flower most years
