I got seed for this from the SRGC 17/18 List, 1439 and sowed it 29/09/18 and finished up with only one plant which I placed in the garden last year. This year it flowered for the first time....... but it's pink and not the blue I had expected! It obviously is not what it was labelled. Anyone might have a guess at what it really is?
