True to (recent) form I had no idea! Help!!!

A little researcg suggests Helianthemum nummularium. Confirmation ( or otherwise!) from an 'expert' would be welcome. JohnnyD

I,ve seen rock roses many times but never growing as a woody shrub.

Not sure of the foliage Maggi.
So far I prefer the RHS description:
H. nummularium is a low, spreading evergreen shrub with tiny, oval leaves and sulphur yellow flowers produced from late spring to early autumn.

Hi Johnny, not entirely ruling out Helianthemum but it's definitely not H. nummularium, That species has narrow green leaves with a strong mid vein, rather like a broader version of a rosemary leaf.

I'm wondering about one of the Halimium lasianthum cultivars without prominent blotches?
