That's too bad, the plants I received via Denmark last August were in excellent shape. It must be a recent change, they still list the shipping charges to mainland Europe on their other web page:

To all European destinations including Eire and the Channel Islands we will have to quote on each order. As a working estimate it is likely to be around 25% of the order value to most EU countries. Bare rooted bulbs can sometimes be sent by post for less. Contact by email for details seems to work best.

You could try Kevock Garden or Edrom instead, as far as I know they still offer mailorder within the EU. Also, dereuvenkamp.nl has both the Celmisia and the Dianthus.

I found the Morisia monanthos at the nursery of Cathy Portier (Bruges). I'm going to order the Celmisia and the Dianthus at nursery "De Reuvenkamp". And I'm sure I'll find the Fritillaria glauca somewhere too.

Missed this topic in June otherwise i would have replied sooner. Andrew Lovell (Adhoc owner) told me at the Southport Show in May that he was emigrating to South Africa with his girlfriend this summer.

Most people - white ones anyway - are emigrating FROM South Africa. Droves of them here.

I have friends, Lesley, who left and came back 'home' in the 80's but last year emigrated back there.  They missed it too much!
