Wonderful narcissus everyone, not many around my garden or greenhouse, past problems with narcissus fly.

An exciting discovery was made today, amongst some seedlings grown from seed collected off N. jacetanus and sown in September 2015. This was most unexpected and quite lovely. I suspect a cross with N. ‘Candlepower’. There are two more seedlings coming up to flower, so we’ll see what they produce.

Two more seedlings in the same pot have open their flowers. One is typical of N. jacentanus, but the other is also pale like it’s sibling. However, this one is probably a better form (from the shower’s perspective) as the tepals are not twisted.
