Angus Snowdrops

I was up at NTS House Of Dun this morning checking for offensive statues. 😃

No problematic statues but lots of storm damage and snowdrops. Not quite at their best yet, but should be perfect  in another week or two.

Finally stopped chortling at your  mention of offensive statues  and mopped up the spilled coffee to be able to concentrate  on the  galanthus shots, Fred.
Looks like it's going to be a good season for them - already got quite a few  out here in the garden - those are just  waiting for  some warmer sun to open them properly. The season will continue for  quite a while yet as there  are  still lots to come.

Yes Maggi, getting offended these days is something we really have to work at.   ;)

I just love mass snowdrops in these rough woodland setting where they lo their best.
