Gentiana dinarica

Beautiful and it looks very happy Herman.
Gentiana clusii is the only one to persist in my rockery. Our hot and humid summers are a kill for the alpine species.

Gabriela, here clusii, occidentalis and ligustica are disappearing regularly. But acaulis, dinarica and angustifolia are growing well.

Leena, lovely gentians! Your Gentiana pneumonanthe seems to like your garden, here it only survives for a few years.

Thank you Herman.
I have sown these plants in 2018, and I think this is the third time they flower.
I will have to try to collect seeds from them and sow more, just in case they disappear.

Herman & Leena,

Lovely blooms!  I started some Gentiana seeds from the last year's seed exchange but they have not flowered yet. Maybe next year

G. pneumonanthe is looking great Leena! G. septemfida has also done flowering here but then G. paradoxa followed, which I think I showed and G. paradoxa hybrid, which amazingly is still going-on. Probably because I planted a bunch of seedlings together and some are a bit later flowering.
Gentiana andrewsii, the bottle gentian is flowering for the first time.

Thank you Herman. G. paradoxa hybrid is still in flower today! It enjoyed having more moisture this year.

Gentiana dinarica is very nice, one I've never tried. It seems it grows on tufa/limestone? It should probably do well here; I only have problems with the acidic substrate loving species.
