A young Trillium?  Is it bulbous or perennial?  If bulbous it could be one of the Scadoxus?

 I would take a guess and say that it is Polygonatum kingianum. Perhaps you bought or recieved one from Crug Farms? Looks alot like the one in the photo below. P. kingianum BSWJ????.
