Hepatica nobilis Multipetala Group, is easy to seed, this are seedlings from 2018.

Hepatica nobilis plena Gotland, very good grower.

Hepatica henryi does not flower well this year.

Herman, for Hepatica cooler temperatures are better for the flowers :)
We only had one day with 19C, very unusual. By Sunday it was winter again.

I am in USDA zone 8b where temperatures almost never fall below 15F -9.4C.  Rainfall 50" 110 cm + but none  June-September.  We seldom get snow; but when it comes we get 30" overnight. Soil is sandy loam with a lot of humus.
