Hi Rick,
Nice Lily! Does it have a name? or any other interesting information regarding this lily?
Yes, indeed season's greetings.

Hi Robert,
About my lily, thank you, and that is the million dollar question: what is that lily?
With certainty, I can only tell you that it is my own creation, hybridized about ten years ago. It's an aurelian of some type, and even that is shrouded in mystery, as its parentage has been lost. That was very early in my hybridizing ventures when I didn't know that much. Funny, even back then I tried to be so careful with my records, and it had to be this one that I goofed up on!
Anyway, while the flowers are exquisite, the inflorescence structure has a bit of wonkiness to it. Seems to be settling down with age now, showing more constancy in its growth pattern.
This is one time that I can say the photo does do it justice. I'm getting better at photography; this was taken at dusk.

Hi Rick,
I have been a devoted record/note keeper for decades. Some of my records have been lost or were of poor quality. In the end everything seems to work out well. Your exquisite lily is a good example of things working out well. Thank you for sharing. Good eye! The lily is definitely a keeper.
