Would anyone know which Gunnera is chilensis and which manicata in the previous photo - top plants left and right?  The criteria for id are very confusing.

Knowing your interest in Haemanthus and relatives I attach some pictures taken in Yemen this summer of Scadoxus multiflorus which I note is your avatar (if that's the correct word/description).

This is for me finaly the confirmation of some rumors which I have heard about this plants in Yemen .
