Try   http://www.plantsforshade.co.uk/acatalog/Jeffersonia.html
They don't specifically list 'alba' but sell white and blue flowered plants.
I guess you need to order when they are in flower,(or trust them to know which plant is which colour).

I'm sure they must go to one of the major shows and one of us could pick one up for you, and post it.
(Do they go to Malvern/Chelsea/Vincent Square shows?)
