Hello Ruben Germination hasn't taken long --18 packets of different Crocus from this years exchange were sown at varying depths in the first week of Oct and germination at various stages is occurring at the moment in 16 pots....A small sample is shown .C. tournefortii cotyledon above the surface.C. cartwrightianus cotyledon growths yet to reach the surface.C. adenensis with what looks like root radicles emerging.Cheers Dave.PS Maggi not sure if this posting should be in this thread ........
Tony Goode holds a National Collection of Crocus, under the Plant Heritage Scheme ( formerly known as NCCPG - http://www.nccpg.com/ ) - the other day he staged this display at his local Plant Heritage meeting.
Happy to see the seeds from the Crocus group (2015) are growing well
