Ah Ha!  So John has found a way around the fine system for bad jokes.  Now that we all know that, the proverbial floodgates will open.  We just have to hope that Cliff isn't reading this, or we'll really be in trouble.  :P
Cheers.

Canberra, Australia.
Min winter temp -8 or -9°C. Max summer temp 40°C. Thankfully, maybe once or twice a year only.

Not really, there are various repeat "offenders" who are not so very far away that I cannot turn up on their doorstep...... with my lead-lined handbag and if that's not a potent threat that puts fear into their hearts, I will think of something, rest assured..... ::)

You're welcome to turn up on my doorstep any time Maggi, and I won't use the Edinburgh greeting "come in, you'll have had your tea". ;D

Edinburgh? A conversation between two auld wifies a few years ago in Morningside. "Aren't the rates terrible" "We don't have rates, only mace". ::)
