Nice to know there are bargains to be had from eBay Art, I should think you are "well chuffed"

Great deals are to be had at the nursery if you can get to it.

I am sure there are still some left - remember there were 3 different levels of starter pack.

Good luck if you decide to go for it.

Maggie,

The men in white coats could be butchers, lab technicians or doctors. You have to be careful, those white coats all look the same to me  ::)

Arthur,

Your experience is one I have had with Beth Chatto. She has always been most generous with her bulbs, always that bit more than was expected.

Well done, Loes, I'm sure you won't regret it :D

David, one of our best friends is a butcher, and he's one of the few I know strong enough to even think of carting me away.....but the shock of me buying snowies might be too much for HIM, too.... couldn't risk the BD AND our Chum in shock!!
Hard to resist a good deal, though ! :-\

Paddy

A friend bought 10 off Cedric's Prolific and received 25   ;D  ;D  ;D

We are sometimes coy at naming bad suppliers - even after giving them a chance to rectify a situation - but I think we have an obligation to tell everyone of an excellent deal.  :)

Arthur,

Have you visited her garden? It is an absolute treasure, no attempts to be structural, architectural, feature-laden or gimmicky just simple good design using the lay of the land, good bones provided by trees and shrubs, great planting and excellent upkeep. It was one of the few gardens that we walked into and swooned into love with it immediately. If I had the skills to copy it, it would be the style I would have in my own garden.

Paddy

Post scriptum: One quibble: I have found G. 'Beth Chatto' very slow to increase! Never happy!
On the other hand, G. 'Cedric's Prolific' lives up to its name. P.
