Here's the photo again of Flocon de Neige, which I posted yesterday. The photo was taken yesterday. It's a real Flocon de Neige. Incidentally the plant was in my B&B room overnight for safe keeping, so I think I am probably the first galanthophile to have slept witn Flocon de Neige.

i just noticed this as well -

http://cgi.ebay.co.uk/Rare-snowdrop-Galanthus-nivalis-Flocon-de-Neige_W0QQitemZ200304439577QQcmdZViewItemQQptZUK_HomeGarden_Garden_PlantsSeedsBulbs_JN?hash=item200304439577&_trksid=p3286.c0.m14&_trkparms=72%3A1686%7C66%3A2%7C65%3A12%7C39%3A1%7C240%3A1318

very suspect.
obviously someone is trying to hitch a ride on the snowdrop fever wagon, from the looks of it hes selling just ordinary nivalis flore pleno.

the text in the auction is terrible as well, certainly not typed by a galanthophile.

i feel sorry for the person who is bidding on it.... :-\

rob

Rob - that is the one we have been moaning about.  ;D     Definately suspect in my eyes.  Like when I got ripped off buying 'Wendys Gold' from an unknown a couple of years ago!   >:(

Steve,

I hope you don't mind - your photograph of G. 'Eccuson d'Or' was very nice and I borrowed it for a while and am returning it now.

Yes, a quick wash but I didn't make any adjustments to the size and don't know why it won't expand - won't for me at any rate.

It's a nice neat snowdrop.

YES!!! The Not-Flocon has gone from ebay. Just checked and it says "Bidding has ended on this item." Galanthopower rules!
