They could just be Pln. forrestii as I've got some bulbs this big in my collection.

Many years ago, when we spent a year feeding our pleiones generously, we got Pleione forrestii bulbs as big as these... even bigger, some were like apples! No flowers though, from the giants, just BIG leaves, untill we starved them back to size!!
