1809 and still going strong -
Not sure what to get as a gift for a 200th Birthday..... I do know that the Caley is hoping to boost its membership numbers (from the present c. 1000) in this anniversary year.... so perhaps a hint to take out membership is a good idea.
We are lucky in the SRGC that our numbers are so high at home, the Caley is envious, it is true!
We are, of course, an international club, so the likes of the Forumists and followers of this website are taking the SRGC message around the world, which is good for our overseas membership numbers, too.
I would love to think the SRGC will make 200 years..... I may be a bit old to enjoy the cake by then though......
