Here's Saxifraga 'Karl Capek' again - picture taken a few days earlier than in the original post so that you can get a better view of the leaves.
Right now, the leaves are invisible - smothered with flowers i

Saxifraga spathularis, St. Patrick’s Cabbage (Irish Cabáiste an mhadra rua or ‘fox’s cabbage’) belongs to the ‘Atlantic-Mediterranean’ or ‘Lusitanian’ element of the Irish flora.  It is locally common in S & W Ireland but also occurs in NW Spain & N Portugal.

Here growing in a typical site on damp acidic rocks, northern slopes of the Derrynasaggart Mountains, NW Cork.
