Ah, thank you, Diane. Mrs Coller grows some very fine plants indeed. It is a lucky plant which finds itself in her glasshouse, I reckon,since they are assured of a long and happy life with this most experienced grower and exhibitor!

I am distressed that the name of Barlia robertiana has changed to Himantoglossum robertianum but I shall doggedly continue to refer to this sweetly scented and stately orchid as " Robinson's Barley Water" since that is how I remember it!

I have edited your post re the Barlia.
You could have gone in to Modify, clicked the Additional options and replaced the pic with the new one, or, asI did, just remove the oversized pic from the listing via the check box.
Off now to read the rest ofthe show results to see which other chums had a good day!

Sorry Maggi,I have just worked backwards and find that there are already many pictures on the site.I have'nt visited for a couple of days what with the preparations for the show and recovering from the effort.I don't know how everybody finds the time.

Two plants from the six pan 19cms.that I particularly like and I seem to remember that there was much dicussion about one of them in last year's forum.Pulsatilla ex.Budapest grown from SRGC seed and the other Asarum splendens.
