Hi, Folks, I thought you might like to hear about a DVD available which is produced by Peter Timoney, orchid grower and Head gardenener at Scone Palace, Scotland.
Peter Timoney has been Head Gardener at Scone Palace for over 20 years and in that time has nurtured, grown and cared for the Earl of Mansfield’s orchid collection. He has won many medals and prizes with the Earl’s collection, including a silver medal for their display at the World Orchid Conference in 1993, first prize and best in show at the Glasgow Orchid Fair 2003, and an RHS Certificate of Cultural Commendation in 2007. He appears as a panellist on the BBC Radio Scotland programme, the Beechgrove Potting Shed.
