::)  Paul, maybe it's a family tree just looking for its roots  :o

Possibly pining?   ???

Without doubt, Cliff  :(

Strange, but true ...

This morning our mug tree threw itself to the floor (propelled by the spin motion of the washing machine beneath) and the two mugs that it carried were broken ...

The supposedly 'unbreakable' mug is illustrated first.

A handle without its mug and a mug without its handle. Can they not get together for a close friendship?
Honeymoon by helicopter, somewhere in the Alps perhaps (taking their tree with them)?

Yes thanks Kees, everything's fine and all healed nicely, internally. The reference to bananas is from the numbing local anaesthetic spray used at the back of my throat. It tasted of very over-ripe bananas. Utterly horrible! ???

Here, here, glad you're OK Lesley - have you heard in the SH of the  new robotic pill you will be able to swallow in the future that has legs and can creep about your insides with a camera giving information - creepy..... but maybe better that over-ripe bananas and swallowing a tube  :o  ???

Good that it is good news, Lesley. Always a relief.

Cliff, that second mug needs to get a grip on itself.

It just needs to handle itself better, Paddy!   ;)

Thanks everyone for your support. No, Robin, I hadn't heard of that robotic thing. What if it decided "it's nice and warm in here, think I'll stay on?" ???

I'm rather curious as to the route this vehicle takes? ::) We didn't come across any subways? :-\

Hi Lesley

I can sympathise with you as I have gone through this on two occasions.
It is not very pleasant.
