Now here we are in the middle of a typical British Summer and good old Avon Bulbs have new snowdrops for sale now!   8) ::) ;D

I haven't been able to dig any dormant bulbs up due to the waterlogged nature of the soil. I'll try today if the rain stays away.

very tempting to order some from avon bulbs.
I like Irish Green very much,and some you have to call for...

Took me a while, but it makes a change from my Yorkshire cap. I just copied the design from the Harlequin cap Douglas Jardine wore when he was England captain down under in 1932/33. His daughter lives along 'The Hillfoots' ( near Dollar) where she is an Scottish Episcopal Church Minister.

Yup, just copied this pic of the original harlequin cricket cap worn by Douglas Jardine on the MCC tour of Australia 1932/33, which seems to be in a museum in Australia! ::) My copy is rather bright! 8)
