If someone would like to split on a Ronald MacKenzie and send me an offset in the future I'd be happy to do so.   That is as long as I can have a half an order of pasta with truffles. ;D

Good news that the Colesbourne package is at least safely over the water, John.

:o Anthony  :o

Dont buy black Truffles in a jar ...thats really a waste of money....you have to try good fresh truffles  :D
They are actually OK. It's what you do with them that affects the flavour.

And more good news, they all apparently look good and mine are already posted to arrive here on Monday.

Have you tried a good quality truffle oil?  It really adds class to a pasta dish.  Shelf life is rather limited.

If y'all spent less on truffles you'd be able to afford Flocon de Neige on Ebay.....

Nah! It is usual to eat three meals a day in our society.... that gives three opportunities per day for considerable enjoyment, every day of life..... a snow drop, or any other single flower, only gives a fleeting pleasure....... I'm with the foodies!  8)

How will you find the truffles when we have converted all the pigs to (cheaper) bacon sarnies?
