Gladiolus cultivar moan
« on: August 24, 2009, 11:50:43 PM »
Back in the spring I was given a packet of small growing Gladiolus corms that were supposed to grow no more than 2 feet 60cm and supposed to be yellow with red blotches. I now know the photo was photo shopped and the height totally wrong. As you can see the flower is cream and pink. When I took the photo the height was 3 feet 90cm. Today it's 3 inches 8cm taller

Anyone know it? I've lost the packet cover?

Looks like a commercial form of one of the G. nanus group - there are hundreds of them and a lot of them not as "nanus" as the name makes it sound....  ::)
