Some new information for the Galanthus Gala.

If you are using a Sat Nav to find the school use this post code CM1 6DT. This is the code for main entrance on White Hart Lane.

Maggi, may I please play the guitar for you on Gerard's Gala?
Do you prefer unplugged or Metal sound   8)

Thomas, of course.... we can do both.... and ZZ can  join us with his new trombone! It  could be an extraordinary event  ::) 8)

Maggi, no need to be shocked...  :o  obviously I was referring to the guitar "noise" Thomas would be making...  ::) ;D  ... I would never doubt your singing talents..  ;)

I am too fond of Thomas to doubt him, Luc.... but perhaps it will be better if we postpone our debut untill we have have a few years of rehearsal together.... and we are all so busy, that may not be easy....... ah, well, the world will just have to gues what delights it is missing..... it will mean the Galanthophiles are able to concentrate  more easily on the shades of white, though!  ;D ;D

Luc, now you have shocked me - the definition of "noise" lies simply in the ear of the listener. I really love that metal sound
but I also like (and play) the soft tones of an acoustic guitar, especially 12-string with just a good singer like Maggi and me in the background.

........at which point I feel another Beecham quote coming on: "The English don't like music, but they just love the noise it makes".

Sorry to drag you all away from guitars etc, but has anyone heard when the CGS Snowdrop Day is, and the venue? And when is the Kent Goodnestone show?
