Sorry I dont know the venue but it will be in Essex. The date is Saturday 13th Feb. There is a small problem which is why I have been asked to step in. All will be revealed I suppose when the letter arrives.

Geachte Heer, Mevrouw,

Ellen Lutgen

Well as my Dutch is not that fluent I googled it
As more and more people in our region seem infected with the disease? Galanthofolie?, It seems as designated arboretum to help these people.

On Saturday 14 and Sunday, February 15, 2009, we will Arboretum Kalmthout, a? GALANTHUS GALA? and a? SNOW SHOW DROP? organize.
Our aim is a program to where? Galanthofielen?, With all degrees of infection, plenty to attract them to come. We are thinking of an exhibition, lectures, a unique sales,?

Like we had relied on your knowledge of this apparently very contagious disease, in the form of a lecture or a lecture for you? Nteresseerd public (advance registration).
If you are willing to Saturday, February 14 this time to make, just send us your requirements to deliver. We will contact you for further arrangements.

If you have additional material (in pot plants, flowers, fun gadgets, unique trashy aria, exceptional photographs,?) You have to make available for exhibition or interested in participating in the sale, you are also welcome this welcome.

Thank you for your cooperation and interest. Pending your message, we remain available for further questions and information.

Sincerely,
Ellen Lutgen

It came to me this morning and because i could read Galanthus Gala and the dates I thought I would post it here. They are not allowed to call their event a Galanthus Gala.

Hi folks !
Not often I post in here but I thought I might be of help here translation wise.

The "Arboretum" in Kalmthout is a well meaning organisation who run an arboretum and who have been staging a snowdrop event since a few years now.
All they are doing here is in fact, announce the event to all galantophiles and ask for people to get in touch with the organisation if they're interested in giving a talk, show plants, sell plants, etc...

For those interested, this is the e-mail address :  collectie@arboretumkalmthout.be

Have fun !

If you have additional material (in pot plants, flowers, fun gadgets, unique trashy aria, exceptional photographs,?)

Well it's worth going for the unique trashy aria, I reckon.
