« on: September 02, 2009, 10:52:12 AM »
I have a Anemone I am not sure what is. So i am asking for some help here.
The pic. is not to god, but it is to late to take new ones now. The back side of the petals are a bit blue.
The flowerstems may be 60-70 cm.

I know it is several Anemone it can be. But I don't know the difference.

It's a nice plant Anne Karin, perhaps AA. rivularis or leveillei

Blue stamens & blue back to sepals are probably more consistent with A. rivularis (e.g. Flora of China description here), but I think sepal number is not a reliable characteristic for identification.

Thank you. Then I'll cal it rivularis. I have some seeds of it here. They lock like they are of short shelf life.
